Shipping policy

Shipping options:

For international orders, I ship via PhilPost (Philippine Postal Service). Once your package reaches your country, it will be handled and delivered by your local postal service. Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Please note: I do my best to pack and hand off your orders to the courier safely, but I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are with the postal service. 

Processing Time
Orders are packed within 3 days after confirmation. I currently ship out once a week, every Monday, to manage workload and reduce frequent trips (thank you for your patience and understanding!).

Estimated Shipping Times
We always try to meet these delivery time estimates, but please note that actual arrival may vary depending on your location, your local courier’s workload, and current global shipping conditions.

• United States: 2–5 weeks

• Europe: 2–5 weeks

• Australia: 3–5 weeks

• Asia Pacific: 7–15 business days

International Taxes, Custom Duties or Fees:

Depending on your country’s import regulations, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees. These are set by your local government and are typically based on the total value of the items in your order.

Please note that these charges are not included in the product or shipping prices, and I, unfortunately, have no control over them. Any additional fees will need to be settled by the recipient with their local post office or customs office before the package can be delivered.
